Shipping and Payment
 
Q : Which countries do you deliver to?
 A : We ship now within Germany and  European countries, but we will be able to ship to worldwide soon.
 
Q : How long does it take for the item to arrive?
A : Our shipping time is at 8.30 am on Monday to Friday. The item(s) shall be ship out within 24 hours after payment cleared and verified. It should normally take 2 - 3 days within Germany and take  5 to 14 days to EU countries (outside Germany) after shipping date. In the case of some European countries like Great Britain, delivery could take slightly longer than 2 weeks.
 
Q : How much shipping cost?
A : Shipping within Germany costs 2,75 Euro per parcel. Before you check out, please select Shipping Methode (Shipping style) as Normal.
For European countries cost 5,00 Euro per parcel. Before you check out, please select Shipping Methode (Shipping style) as Register. 
** Our shop system is not support to different distances, so please do not forget to check your shipping cost before checking out.

: What should I do if I would like to change the item(s) or add more item(s) after I finished my order?
A : In case you need to change your order, please do not make a new order. Just mail me for your changing information, so that I will renew your order and send you invoice.

Q : How can I pay for my order?
A : We accept PAYPAL , German and Thai Bank  Tranfer. (A payment details will be sent into your invoice)

Q : When should I make a payment?
A : A customer please pay within 3 days after purchasing, because if you pay by Bank Account, tranfering processing takes many days to be done. Otherwise, you will get your item(s) late.

Q : Can I return the item(s) back to you?
A : Yes, we offer 14 days return policy according to the Distance Selling Regulations. Please contact me via email or message for return authorisation. If buyer finds the item(s) is either damaged or not as described, buyer can consider to forward picture of the item(s) instead of sending the item(s) to save expensive postage. If buyer simply wants to return for no reasonable ground, item(s) needs to be sent back to seller in acceptable condition for full refund. The customer must pay for return shipping.

  • The default method of shipping is by regular mail. If buyer request faster method or tracking number, please contact me for details.
  • Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer responsibility.
  • Please check with your country customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
